Using the service
You may read public content without an account. To interact or publish, you need an account and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Publishing access
Publishing is limited to verified creators with an explicit publishing grant, moderators with a grant, and administrators. Verification does not automatically grant publishing rights. We may grant, decline, or revoke publishing access at our discretion, including when these terms or the community guidelines are broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. By publishing, you give SwabiConnect permission to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You confirm that you have the rights to share the content and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not post spam, scams, malware, or misleading impersonation.
- Do not harass, threaten, or target people with hate or violence.
- Do not upload sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate content.
- Do not break copyright, privacy, or other applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to bypass moderation, security, or access controls.
Moderation
We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines. Reports are reviewed by authorized moderators. Where appropriate, we may notify you about a decision and provide a way to ask for a review.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion from settings.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. Community content is created by users, and we do not endorse every post or guarantee that information is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
